My Arcade Hub lists and links to games made by other people. This page sets out what that means for you, and what My Arcade Hub is and is not answerable for.
We do not host the games
Every game on this site is embedded in a frame and served from its own publisher's servers. We do not host, modify or control the game code. What you play is whatever that publisher is serving at the moment you press play.
Availability is not guaranteed
Because the games belong to third parties, they can change, break, or vanish without warning. A game that worked yesterday may not work today. We check the catalogue and remove what is permanently broken, but we cannot promise that any particular game will be playable at any particular moment.
Third-party content and data
While a game is running, your browser is talking to that publisher, not only to us. They may set cookies, show their own advertising, or collect data under their own policies. We do not control that and cannot delete it on your behalf. Our own handling of data is described inPrivacy.
Trade marks and rights
Game titles, characters and trade marks named on this site belong to their respective owners. Listing a game here is not a claim of ownership, an endorsement, or a statement that we are affiliated with its developer.
The cover artwork on this site is original work created for My Arcade Hub and belongs to My Arcade Hub. It is not supplied by, or endorsed by, the game publishers.

This site is provided as it is. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, My Arcade Hub is not liable for loss or damage arising from using this site or from anything a third-party game does.
Age and suitability
Most games here suit a general audience, and many are made for children. Even so, they are made by third parties and their content can change. If you are a parent, we would rather you glanced at a game before handing over the tablet. Tell us about anything that does not belong here and it will go.
